EV cable length: the length of an EV cable is measured, including the plugs (male/ female) on either end of the EV cable. Put another way, the length of an EV cable is measured ‘end-to-end’.

We strongly recommend always choosing an EV cable length longer than what is required. An extra margin is prudent. It is better to have 1 meter too long than 10cm too short!

Refund Policy

Our refund policy is based on the terms and conditions of the manufacturer of the electric vehicle charging cables. The cables are custom made (made-to-order) for each order. We offer a refund within 14 days of delivery, only in the event that the EV cable shipped is defective or damaged. Where appropriate, shipping charges may apply to the customer.
We encourage all customers to carefully choose the length and type of EV cable required before placing an order, to avoid ordering the wrong length or type of EV cable. We are more than happy to answer any questions or concerns before the order is placed. Please contact us at shop-ie@ezoomed.com.

Cable Care & Charging Safety

The cable should be kept out of puddles but can be kept outside.
Please remember to use the rubber dust cover to keep debris from collecting in the connector when not in use.
Moisture is the most common issue experienced and will lead to corrosion of the pins which are not covered by the warranty.

What are the risks of charging in the rain?

Water can still get into the plug and charging socket during the insertion and removal of the plug from the car. In fact, as soon as you open the charge port or unplug your car, the rain will get onto the pins and stay there until the next time you charge.
